While the first card features a layer of embossed vellum, the second card features the use of our Artistic Decorative Masks and Shimmery White Embossing Paste. Look at the last 2 pictures that show the texture and detail of the mask/embossing paste. The texture and shimmery effect are totally worth any potential messiness.
