The new Annual Catalog BOGO event is sadly over for now :( which is why you no longer see a tab designated for that event.
No worries, though as it will be back! This BOGO event occurs three times a year. During Sale-A-Bration, the new Annual Catalog and the new mini Holiday Catalog.
So check back. Things are added weekly so when the mini Holiday Catalog is launched next month, BOGO will be back!
