Sunflower Summer Recipe Cards Folder Project

Did you know that the featured Sunflower Summer Paper Collection has coordinating Recipe Cards?  Check out below how I made an easy open folder to gift these 4"x6" recipe cards in.  Ok.  So, you'll see two sets of pictures.  The first set is the sample I made.  The second set is what I demonstrated on the video.  For this size of recipe cards, the folder I demonstrated today I thought was too big (although you can definitely find other uses for it).  Below, you'll see two sets of measurements depending on which folder you want to re-create.  I adjusted the smaller measurements to make a tad wider and the back a tad taller.

SMALLER FOLDER MEASUREMENTS

• 8 1/2" x 11" Cardstock Color of your Choice
• Cut down to 7 1/2" wide x 8 1/2" long
• Cut lengthwise at 5 1/4" (On one end, score at 1/2")
• Remaining cardstock cut is for the front
• Corner Round Punch top of both cardstock and patterned paper pieces

Larger Envelope

LARGER FOLDER MEASUREMENTS

• 8 1/2" x 11" Cardstock Color of your Choice
• Cut lengthwise at 6" (On one end, score at 1/2")
• Remaining 5" cardstock cut is for the front (trim down length another 1/2")
• Corner Round Punch top of both cardstock and patterned paper pieces
